Alliance Women

Alliance Women is a group of women who spend time discussing missionary prayer letters and interceding in prayer for specific requests from the missionaries. We have a brief Bible study, a time focused on details about Alliance Missionaries serving around the world, conduct a short business meeting, and share lunch on the days we meet. We work on special projects which include: collecting & sorting used postage stamps and soup labels; rolling bandages for hospitals in Africa; and visiting shut-ins and nursing homes. Praise the Lord! we often receive positive feedback from the missionaries regarding answered prayers.

The Christians and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) was founded as a missions organization and the ladies appreciate the focus of the Alliance Women's Ministry on prayer, which is a “major arm” of the church and the Great Commission. The missionary updates, prayer time, and service projects help us to have a greater passion for what the Lord is doing through missions in the C&MA. It is a special blessing “to hear” the heartfelt prayers for the missionary requests and church needs.

We regularly meet on the second Tuesday of each month in the Upstairs Assembly Room at 9:30 am. We greatly enjoy the fellowship times we have.  Following our meetings, we enjoy lunch time and a special dessert prepared by one of the ladies.

All women in the church are welcome
to join us, so please do!
